These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website chat forum, truckbook ("Forum") provided by Copysouthbound.com.au ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Forum, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the Forum.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

2.2 We reserve the right to remove, edit, or relocate any content that violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion.

 

3. User Registration

3.1 In order to participate in the Forum, you may be required to register and create an account. During the registration process, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

3.3 If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, you must notify us immediately.

4.1 All content posted on the Forum is owned by the respective users or us, as applicable. The content may include text, images, videos, audio, and other materials.

4.2 By posting content on the Forum, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content.

4.3 You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant us the license described in section 4.2.

4.4 You acknowledge and agree that we may, but are not obligated to, monitor, moderate, and manage the content posted on the Forum.

4.5 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content posted on the Forum without the express written permission of the respective owner.

 

5. Moderation and Content Management

5.1 We reserve the right to monitor, moderate, and manage the content posted on the Forum, in our sole discretion.

5.2 We may remove, edit, or relocate any content that violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

5.3 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Forum if you violate this Agreement or engage in any prohibited activities.

5.4 We are not responsible for any delay, removal, or failure to store or deliver any content posted on the Forum.

 

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

6.2 By using the Forum, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Forum shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Australia.

7.2 Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Australia.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 You understand and agree that your use of the Forum is at your own risk. The Forum is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

8.2 We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted on the Forum.

8.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Forum, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

8.4 We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under this Agreement, resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.

 

9. Termination

9.2 Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Forum and any content obtained from the Forum.

 

10. General Provisions

10.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Forum and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.

10.2 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10.3 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

10.4 You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
