Paid Membership T&C

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your paid membership to Copysouthbound.com.au ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to and using the paid membership, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please refrain from subscribing to the paid membership.

1. Subscription and Membership

2.3 You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method automatically.

2.4 In the event of a payment failure or non-payment, we may suspend or terminate your membership.

2.5 All fees and charges are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement or required by applicable law.

3. Membership Benefits and Usage

3.1 As a paid member, you will have access to specific features, content, or services provided by us, as outlined in the membership plan details.

3.2 Your membership benefits are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or resold to any other person.

3.3 You agree to use the membership benefits solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in compliance with this Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All content, materials, and intellectual property made available to you as part of the paid membership are owned or licensed by us.

4.2 You acknowledge that the content and materials provided are for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without our express written consent.

5. Termination and Cancellation

5.1 You may cancel your paid membership at any time by following the cancellation procedure specified on our website.

5.2 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time for violation of this Agreement or for any other reason, with or without prior notice.

5.3 In the event of termination or cancellation, you will not be entitled to any refund or credit for unused membership fees.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

8.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

9. Modifications

9.1 We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice.

9.2 Any modifications to this Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

9.3 Your continued use of the paid membership after the modifications constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

10. Entire Agreement

10.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the paid membership and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.
